PHNOM PENH, March 3, 2026 — The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) campus was filled with energy as the first official volunteer meeting for Techno Sangkran 2026 took place. This meeting marks the beginning of a month-long journey to organize one of the most anticipated university-level cultural events in the capital.

Strengthening the Volunteer Backbone

With the support of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), the meeting focused on transforming a large group of individual students into a synchronized event-management machine.

• Role Definition: Each sub-committee—ranging from logistics and security to cultural performances and hospitality—presented their specific operational plans to ensure a seamless experience for thousands of expected visitors.
• Team Cohesion: Ice-breaking sessions and collaborative workshops were held to build the “trust and unity” essential for managing high-pressure events.
• Strategic Planning: The student leaders emphasized efficiency and safety, ensuring that every volunteer understands the “Techno” standard of excellence.
